| My experience over many years has been to directly affect one or more of three things: profits, the balance sheet and/or the total value of a company. As a result I am a unique expert in adding value which is measurable and significant. A foundation in finance (ACMA) helps me to translate strategic ideas (MBA) into activities which either grow a business or prevent that business failing. My work has included turnaround, acquisitions, rapid growth and start up ventures: mostly in high pressure, chaotic situations. I bring order, professionalism and vast multi disciplined expertise to situations experiencing commercial and strategic cabability gaps. |
