| I was Chairman of The Independent Advisor Group for Surrey Police at Mount Brown which is a Policing the community liaison group advising the police on internal and external aspects of minority community policing & policies. I have received the Surrey Police ‘Chief Constables Commendation Award’ for the work and planning of a National Conference for 300+ delegates in the voluntary sector. My hobbies include DIY, Swimming and Holidays. At my previous address I was secretary of our Residents Association. Currently I am actively involved in our local neighborhood watch. I am the Vice-Chairman and the founder of a Telephone Counseling and advice helpline and Youth Group Registered Charity since 1997.
