Later transferring to consulting while continuing to specialise in education, housing and not-for-profits.

Wide experience in governance, performance and financial management including merger due diligence, re-organisation feasibility studies, organisational reviews, board training on audit, risk and finance. Acted as an interim Finance Director in the education sector. Recent work with smaller third sector organisations.
