Directed all administrative and project support efforts. Coordinated the efforts and planned the activities of ten different teams (60+ contributors) towards achieving the goals of the project. Given substantial autonomy to work independently. Set up a management structure, devised and implemented an IT and communication strategy, monitored the progresses of numerous projects, organised weekly, monthly and international annual meetings, built the capacity of the project by developing collaborations with external contributors and collected and analysed data for the writing of publications and grant applications.
