Pndt specialise in Ultra-sonic thickness measurement, working within the Oil, Gas and Mining sectors.
CAD: Introducing Solidworks into Pndt as well as establishing a working template and drawing system. Creating parts, assemblies and drawings for manufacture and concept development.
Reverse Engineering: Taking existing products, creating drawings, specifications and user manuals so that multiples can be made and used.
Promotion: Generating promotional material in the form of brochures and presentations to promote the D&D aspect of Pndt. 3D rendering, video and photography put together with Photoshop and InDseign enhanced the communication.

Concept Generation: The heart of this role. Working a diverse array of methods to keep the concept generation process fresh and continuous.
Concept Presentations: Producing and performing internal presentations at director level to communicate new and developing product ideas.
Product Development: Creating excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure the product benefits from specialist expertise. Working alongside the purchasing department to ensure that all the specifications and criteria are met.
Product Testing: Planning and performing the relevant tests in accordance with the appropriate British Standards and responding flexibly as required.
Production Drawings and Models: Supplying global manufacturers and prototyping companies with all the technical drawings and 3D models needed.
