Alerts to problems or potential problems, allows IT Managers to drill down to the root cause of problems, provides historical data and assists with solution finding. Also provides resource level reports when additional items are to be added to infrastructure.

▪ Full marketing & PR services for international construction company, providing infrared patching processes for highways, asphalt preservation processes, concrete preservative and flexible concrete repairs.
▪ Initially Business Development Executive and selling environmentally friendly, non-toxic concrete preservatives to airports in the UK and abroad, defence estates, major construction companies, architects etc.
▪ Role progressed to selling infrared patching processes into local authorities – then asphalt preservative to DBFOs (design, build, finance & operate), major conglomerates assigned motorway projects at design, build & finance stage by the highways agency and then onto operate the road system for 30 years and guaranteed to return with a further 10 years of life.
▪ As Marketing Manager – identified & fully organised events, exhibitions, seminars and presentations. Designed specific power point presentations for Business Development team, wrote press releases, designed company literature, identified relevant awards & organised entries. Working alongside Business Development Team, Sales Support Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager & reporting to Sales & Marketing Director, Managing Director & Finance Director.
