28 February 2007: All I would say to substantiate the above comment is that I received only one negative comment from everyone that attended the course. My Director received an unsolicited email from one of the attendees who said it was the best course he had attended in his 20 years in IT. And finally there has been a marked improvement in understanding the need for Root Cause Analysis throughout our Service Delivery organisation.
| After beginning work in engineering I founded a contract services company which grew to employ 400+ people and was sold to a larger business seven years after its foundation. I then worked as MD of an advertising agency for seven years before becoming a management consultant. I completed a postgraduate diploma in marketing and an MBA which led to the addition of systems consultancy to my portfolio and consequently I now consult and run courses based upon Lean Sigma and Theory of Constraints and other Continuous Process Improvement methodologies as well as Marketing. I have been fortunate to work with a widely varying client base over a number of industry sectors and of many different sizes and stages of maturity both in the UK and overseas. |
