| After 20 years' English teaching culminating in Head of Department at a 1600 Wolverhampton Comprehensive with 12 in the Department, I took early retirement to edit my father's Parish Notes. On the success of that - 20,000 copies worldwide - I helped other author's and poets self-publish diverse books - recipes, poems, autobiographies, short stories. Recently I have increased my expertise by doing a commercial proofreading course, and I am currently studying for the Institute of Copywriting Diploma Course. MY most recent task has been to make corporate sense of a complex document for Anglo American, a South African mining firm. Also I have edited a children's book for www.TRAFFORD. |
