An Independent Consultant with a passion for Personal Development I have become an experienced Training Professional working in association with a network of partners, communicating with people at all levels, having been in my profession for over ten years now.
I have facilitated change in a variety of clients helping them reach their potential through Lifeskills training programmes, within the Voluntary and Community sector. I have particular skill in engaging vulnerable clients in to employment, education and training through the use of ‘experiential ‘ learning activities, helping them gain confidence, and develop wider key skills such as working in groups, problem solving, communication, leadership and planning.
