Part of TUSP’s senior management team, takes the lead in resource management both in terms of recruitment, development and allocation of consultant resource. Heavily involved in business development, building client networks and handling tenders. Instrumental in building partnerships with other organisations to maximise client offerings.
As Head of the People Solutions Division of TUSP responsible for developing the resourcing, coaching, leadership and team development offering to clients, ensuring that these activities complement the other TUSP consultancy offerings.
