▪ Currently hold NED appointment (the client’s bank requested that I personally be appointed as part of their loan covenant) from August 2007 for 5 years. Supyk Plastering Systems Ltd
▪ Appointed February 2008 as Governor of SportsAid, the national organisation providing funding for emerging athletes
▪ June 2007 to December 31st 2007, appointed by a Venture Capitalist as Interim Business Development Director of The Development Capital Exchange, devised their sales & marketing strategy and overhauled their customer base
▪ 2001-2003 assignment as Interim CEO of Independent Paper plc, losing £100,000 per month when I took over. Turned it round, it is now profitable.
▪ 2000-2001 Interim appointment to the board of Hays plc Strategic Consulting as Sales Director. Set up sales & marketing strategy and devised and implemented successful marketing plan , resulting in winning numerous multi £M contracts
▪ 1999 a 6 months assignment as Interim Marketing Director of agricultural machinery manufacturer Sturdiluxe Ltd, resulted in successful sale of business

These projects varied in length from 3 weeks to 6 months and the projects were undertaken to fill in the gaps in Interim Chronology listed above.
▪ Researched, developed and installed a business plan for Albanian mineral mine, and secured funding of $80M for the client
▪ Developed strategy and business plan for steel plant in Czech Republic to take business out of state ownership
▪ Conducted strategic review of subsidiary of £64M group and achieved successful sale of business
▪ Re-organised the structure in a building company and clarified roles & responsibilities enabling sales and profit increases
