Illustrations, designs, To have regular meetings with business clients, to prepare sketches, designs & styles of possible characters for a story book in the agreed format for publishing & print, and any other relevant business.

My own recent Art & Design online business, created due to a strong, life-long passion for all areas of Art, Design & Textiles, duties are to include the establishment and smooth running of my on-line business, including the creation of all contemporary artwork, islamic art work, in the form of beautiful pictures, canvases, posters, greetings cards, postcards and illustrations. I also make original and contemporary hand painted canvases and artwork as required, according to clients requirements, and personalised items. Exhibitions, taking orders, stock control, postage, goods, resources, building good client relationship, public liability. Taxation, V.A.T, Book-keeping, customer care, networking, meetings.

Duties: To deliver Digital and Graphic sessions to the 5-10 year olds at the centre, using Digital software Paint, Cloze, Cloze Pro, Microsoft word. To teach youngsters how to use the internet for research purposes. To enable them to be able to save images, cut and paste from the internet for merging into software. To be able to create their own folders for storing their work. Final outcomes were to create posters, logos, invitations, leaflets and greetings cards.

Duties: To engage youngsters between the ages of 5-11 in group one and 10-17 in group two in the design and development of a wall panel based on the theme of Anti-bullying. To create a wall panel using fabric painting techniques, silk paint, hand embroidery & collage. To broaden their creative awareness.

Duties: To help youngsters to develop their creative skills and abilities, and enable youngsters to broaden their knowledge in the creative sector. Encourage use of a range of artistic media required for learning the basics of Art, Design and Textiles. Engage youngsters to design and develop a design suitable for the theme of environmental impact on our society, using textiles, fabric paints and surface embellishment techniques. Outcome will be to produce 2 Wall hangings based on environmental issues. Health & Safety and supervision of all attendees.

Duties: were to include the successful running of the Children’s Fund Project in Rotherham, based at the APWA venue. Application for funding, proposals and bids, attending meetings for the effective management of the project.
Organising events, exhibitions and trade shows for the organisation. Working in partnership with other organisations and local authorities for the efficient delivery of the project. To plan and deliver Interdisciplinary Art sessions, Digital art sessions, Craft making, Sports sessions, Social & Cultural events, The Rotherham Show exhibition, Day trips, Homework Clubs at various schools and workshops.

Duties: were to include the implementation of a highly profitable play costumes business for a Social Enterprise.
Implement an induction course and training programme for all attendees on the Employment Training Programme. Supervise all attendees on the programme. Iniciate fairness and equality in the workplace. Health & Safety of all attendees. Reviews, reports and evaluation on the efficient running of the project. Take orders & contracts for the project, finance, income, outputs, expenditure, annual forecasts, overheads, running costs, stock control, resources, meeting’s with clients, new & existing businesses, and new consumers. To create & develop new Innovations and designs that sold worldwide.

I was a trainee on the Employment training programme included surface embellishment, hand embroidery, machine embroidery, beading, mirror work, specialist hand zardosi, sewing, fashion & design, garment making and construction, pattern drafting, fabric dye, doll-making, soft furnishings, catering, baking, asian cuisine, cooking, health and beauty, etc. All work created by the trainees was then sold on to the public.
The works were displayed at The Rotherham Annual Show, and a Fashion Show at The Rotherham Arts Centre. Exhibitions were nationwide due to the high standards achieved by the trainees.

Duties were supervision of all youngsters, whilst mums attended courses at the clinic. To read books to the children, board games, mental arithmetic games, puzzles etc.

Duties: Create awareness of the service, to create system files, folders for the loan of toys to parents using the Play group. To keep an up to date record of all loaned items. To remind existing members of overdue items. To form partnerships with new organisations for the purpose of loaned items.
