| Personal Profile I am an experienced artist & designer, due to extensive studying I have a wealth of creative knowledge. The artwork I create is of an interdisciplinary nature. I possess excellent communication skills and have a positive attitude towards work. I have the ability to quickly build rapport with both colleagues and clients. I am a multi-skilled professional, highly motivated person with practical, creative, innovative & technical skills. I am an asset to any team as well as being able to work effectively alone. I work well under pressure and enjoy a challenge. I thrive on many areas of art, design & textiles. Most of all I enjoy working full time, freelance from home, at the heart of my Mac OS X with Adobe Creative Suite 3, In design & Photoshop CS3. Previously, I have studied for 15 years on a new & exciting Interdisciplinary Art and Design degree. I specialized in Graphic design & Textiles, and many creative courses at Rotherham College of Arts & Technology. I am married and have three lovely children. Voluntary work: I delivered an art workshop at The Rotherham Annual Show to the general public. Duties were to create stimulating and exciting creative festival cards, stained glass windows and general creativity for all the children that attended. I do voluntary fundraising for many charities worldwide, such as World Aid Foundation it is a charity that fundraises and delivers both financial help and assistance worldwide at times of natural disasters, such as the Tsunami 2005, Pakistan earthquake 2005, South Yorkshire Floods 2007, Darfur 2008, Sudan, Clean water - Well making 2004, Human suffering appeal 2001 etc. I designed the Cool girl key rings for the Pakistan earthquake appeal to raise funds I also do voluntary fundraising for the Association for International Cancer Research I attend Henna Festivals and apply henna for any charities for fundraising purposes |

Graphic Design & Digital Design Tutor
Duties: To deliver Digital and Graphic sessions to the 5-10 year olds at the centre, using Digital software Paint, Cloze, Cloze Pro, Microsoft word. To teach youngsters how to use the internet for research purposes. To enable them to be able to save images, cut and paste from the internet for merging into software. To be able to create their own folders for storing their work. Final outcomes were to create posters, logos, invitations, leaflets and greetings cards.

Engage youngsters to design and develop a design suitable for the theme of environmental impact on our society, using textiles, fabric paints and surface embellishment techniques. Outcome will be to produce 2 Wall hangings based on environmental issues. Health & Safety and supervision of all attendees.

Morthyng Limited.I was a trainee on the Employment training programme included surface embellishment, hand embroidery, machine embroidery, beading, mirror work, specialist hand zardosi, sewing, fashion & design, garment making and construction, pattern drafting, fabric dye, doll-making, soft furnishings, catering, baking, asian cuisine, cooking, health and beauty, etc. All work created by the trainees was then sold on to the public.
The works were displayed at The Rotherham Annual Show, and a Fashion Show at The Rotherham Arts Centre. Exhibitions were nationwide due to the high standards achieved by the trainees.
