 Trend prediction / inspiration, graphic and garment design for a variety of well known high street stores, as well as overseas customers.
 Developing full ranges of nightwear, underwear & swimwear for ladies, men and children. Creating placement prints, appliqué’s, repeat prints, embroideries and weaves. Taking designs from initial concept right through to finalized garments.
 Liaising directly with key account customers, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.
 Responsible for interviewing, training and developing the skills of junior designers

 Responsible for managing a number of key accounts, taking garments from design through to production.
 Dealing directly with factories in India, China and Turkey ensuring garments and strike off’s arrive correctly, within the customers time frame and ready for approval.
 Translating customer briefs and delegating work between myself and 3 other graphic designers
