| In response to several requests, I have recently formed a UK based Company to offer truly independent consultancy services in multi-vendor multi-supplier programmes. Previously a Managing Consultant within the business transformation practice for a global IT services corporation, focusing on Customer Relationship Management, and associated alliances and technologies. This work was conducted within many sectors including Government, as a member of local government steering boards, Financial Services, Telco and New Ventures, assisting mainly with strategic and tactical delivery plans. Key to several notable successes in this role has been clarity of vision, deep transferable experience, a strong focus on delivering shareholder value, and the raw determination to succeed. Prior to working directly in Consulting I was a senior manager within a financial services organisation, eventually playing a key role in designing and transforming strategic operational practices in front and back offices, and deploying one of Europe’s largest CRM projects in the financial services industry at that time. |

NordicsRetained by a global Telecommunications client in Stockholm, reporting to CIO and CMO where I have assisted with a complex programme of business transformation. This completed recently and a successful outcome was secured.

Managing Consultant
EMEAMark joined IBM to form a new CRM Practice, centred on Siebel and associated CRM Alliances. The practice grew to more than 100 practitioners and enjoyed notable success. The role encompassed end-to-end account management, taking accounts from initial contact through to programme delivery. I was also asked to assist IBM practices and their clients globally, with work conducted in India, Israel, France, South Africa, Central Europe and Nordics. This role required the following skill sets:
• Account development
Very comfortable engaging in executive level discussions to develop successful delivery partnerships, helping to shape vision and strategy, generating strong relationships and taking concepts through to successful delivery.
• Business transformation
Highly developed skills in the deployment of business led transformation programmes, with the ability to assist organisations to translate concept and vision into valid change programmes. An expert in applying business process re-engineering and new technology.
• CRM strategy and design
A trusted subject matter expert in the CRM arena, with the rare ability to identify the underpinning success factors of very diverse and complex scenarios, and distil these factors into profitable and robust deployments.
• Programme Direction
Excellent delivery skills in overseeing proficient and effective end-to-end delivery of Business Transformation and associated technology deployments. Strong communication and motivational skills, and a determination to succeed has to date ensured that all my programmes are successful.
