We plan and implement global or regional sales and marketing strategies, as well as specific initiatives directed at achieving particular objectives in a particular market We do a complex task expertly, comprehensively and with superior creative style. Starting with analysis of consumer purchase decisions we use that data to drive brand values and strengthen clients’ positions in a fiercely competitive global marketplace. Using a combination of IT, data analysis, creative skills and business expertise. Structured to produce effective marketing plans and then execute them at the required level, we can work as an adjunct to an established sales or marketing department or as interim managers during periods of transition. Often we are called in to assess an issue or situation and produce a plan that will achieve specific objectives that we can help identify and define. We then project manage implementation, pulling in client resources, third parties and our own resources in the most effective mix for the purpose. The threads between our Marketing and that of our PR activity work hand in hand, with over 20 years experience we are sure we can aid you with your company requirements. We work regularly with new business so understand the need to be flexible and creative to their needs offering them the same level of service we provide to more established companies. Our experience means we have worked with very small budgets right through to multi million pound budgets. Our philosophy is that “no two clients are the same” in terms of size, market, location, aims, products and of course funding. Therefore there is never a fixed fee for our services. |
