• Providing SME’s with support and guidance on business transformation processes, including the creation of a vision, strategy, operating models, business case, benefits and return on investment.
• Specific assignments have focused on processes for learning and development design, organisational development strategies, change management, quality control, ROI processes and MI reporting methods.
• Provision of executive coaching to managers in order to help them implement and sustain these transformation processes.
