Internal Sales Engineer

CNC machine tool service and repair company, UK sales agents for various CNC machine tool manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities: Source out and identify new potential customers, prepare and follow up quotations, look after company's marketing, import machines into UK / arrange delivery to customer, organize exhibitions, order ancillary parts / look for new suppliers to cut costs, source spare parts for customers / arrange service engineers diary, keep website up-to date.

Sept '05 - July 06 Nightfreight (GB) Ltd, Coventry

Internal Sales Executive

Leader in the mixed parcel and idw freight market.

Key Responsibilities: Working to daily sales target, to source out and identify new potential customers, prepare and follow up quotations, make contact by telephone and appoint field sales staff by making an agreed minimum number of calls and appointments per day, maintaining existing customer base, endeavor to close actual sales by telephone with prospects whenever possible in an efficient and courteous manner.
