· Organise manpower allocation to meet agreed project and cost schedules

· Instruction / delegation of job specific information allowing personnel to carry out set duties

· Produce conceptual sketches, design calculations and technical descriptions of down hole liner hanger equipment

· Adherence to the engineering design / drawing revision control practices
