Led the introduction of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) to effectively predict and prevent unplanned downtime. Responsible for the control and reduction of stock value within the Engineering Stores as part of the RCM process. Implemented change in order to restructure the management and to up-skill the team to become a forward thinking and developing team. Planning and managing the training programme for the whole engineering team. Responsibility for the development of the Engineering Team of 60 craft engineers and 8 Engineering Managers. Completed the installation of a £5.5 Million project in the Jaffa arena. Have budgetary control of the Maintenance strategy for the site and the engineering training Budget.
