· DW Windsor: Completed a planned program of transfer for all finished goods to a new warehouse facility without affecting customer service.

· Autoliv: Transferred the Precision Components Division from Chichester to a variety of worldwide sites. Cleaned up the 8500M 2 contaminated site & prepared it for re-sale.

· Lewmar: Transferred manufacturing from Glasgow to Hampshire on time & on budget resulting in a business benefit of £600K per annum.

· Autoliv: Specified & installed a replacement wire cutting machine that increased production output by 140% per hour.

· Autoliv: Introduced robot handling, as part of a mould cell, that increased output by 35%.

· Autoliv: Upgraded a 30 year-old zinc/nickel chrome plating plant that reduced the plant run time from 15 to10 shifts per week.

· LPE :Transferred processes and methods from Japan to Livingston to enable the company to become the single source supplier of component parts in Europe to Fuji Manufacturing. Contract value was £1M+ per annum.

· LPE: Moved an entire production facility from a 3500M 2 to a 5500M 2 premises without any interruption to productive output and within 9 days.

  • Autoliv: Increased by 30% the production of precision components by improving manufacturing methods & working practices that reduced downtime.
