I have recently obtained a European driving license qualification which gives a broad range of computer skills. I am receiving in house training for Giddings and Lewis PLC equipment and the Pic Pro software which operates with it and also for Parker Automation touch screen control (HMI) and the interact software that operates with it.

Other details: During my apprenticeship, I accomplished a hydraulic hose and fittings assembly course and a forklift truck training course. After an on site examination I was given a forklift truck license. In September 2000 I visited Germany to participate in an Apprentice of the year award scheme which is run by the Northwest training council.

Whilst at school I participated in German exchange visits between my secondary school and a partnering one in Germany. I've twice been with friends to various countries in Europe, once using trains and once using my car. I currently hold a clean UK driving license. Between January 2002 and January 2003 I spent a year travelling and working around Australia undertaking various jobs and participating in various activities including scuba diving. I would keenly consider a multi-skilled job that may require an aspect of working in different locations, whilst also being heavily involved in continuous improvement opportunities and projects as I am at present. My current salary inclusive of shift rate is £32000 for a rotating 2 shift 40 hour week.
