Job description: Leading a group of 04 Contract Administrators/Seniors Buyers and reporting to the Council Director of Production Support (USA), my responsibilities include the conception, development, coordination, implementation and management of contracts/procurement planned for assigned major programs, to optimize costs and ensure vendor/supplier performance in the following councils: chemicals, dies, tools, tooling steel, fabricated metals & outsourcing manufacturing, lubricants, refractories and packaging.

In this position I also manage new and existing subcontract vendors including interpretation of contracts, subcontractor performance and evaluation, contractual documents including specifications, statement of work, deliverable data requirements lists and helping the buyers prepare negotiation strategies according to regional and global agreements categories purchased as global leverage negotiation strategy, serving as the company expert related to source selection (LCCS - Low Cost Country Sourcing).

I also managed the import release of a 1000-product range, including raw-material, semi-finished and finished goods, monitoring all products import from point of origin through arrival in port to arrival in storage locations.

- Coordination of exports to L'Oréal affiliates to insure timely arrival, pickup delivery and shipment, conducting despatch to meet scheduled arrival/delivery dates;
