Advising and assisting in the development of a comprehensive Risk Management system within the Generation Business Group for the introduction of the first Natural Gas in Hong Kong. Preparation of the Corporate Safety Case and Safety Plan for submission to the Government.

Responsible for setting up the HAZOP systems and chairing the HAZOPs on all the natural gas and hazardous systems on the Power Station and training CLP staff in the technique.

Management of Environmental aspects and licenses on the construction site and assistance in the preparation and implementation of an Environmental Management System for the Power Station & Construction Site.
