Project Manager - Shell METNET 3G contract Sep 2004 to May 2006
Appointed Project Manager for the 5-year contract with Shell EPE in September 2004. Reporting directly to the Muir Matheson director and the Shell EPE Contract Owner.
Responsible for all aspects of the contract execution for Shell in the UK sector, project managing the Shell weather systems on 21 platforms. Also responsible for the marketing and project management of the project expansion into Holland and Norway. This includes the upgrade and maintenance of all Dutch and Norwegian Shell platform weather monitoring systems. (The large variation to this contract was won following my successful marketing and bidding of the work).
Responsible for the management and control of all aspects of the METNET 3G project budgets and contract requirements.

Appointed Deputy Project Manager for the 5-year contract's transition face to ensure all targets are met and plans adhered to.
