Technical

Management
Production, Planning and Control Manager of a busy MOD workshop, co-coordinating receipt, repair, target date negotiation and issue of a wide range of repairable equipments for a workforce of diverse technical trades in support of an operational Army Brigade.
Management of a team implementing and maintaining, new Health and Safety procedures for Radiation control, in a busy MOD workshop to comply with HSE legislation.
Training
A Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare Instructor, responsible for developing lessons within MOD guidelines, for the delivery of training to 500 personnel, so as to maintain annual training targets, This training was delivered personally or by a third party.
Responsible for the arrangement of training of workshop personnel, in Radiation Safety, provided by an outside supplier.
Human Resource Management

Successful completion of a 30 month attachment to a recruitment organisation responsible for, delivering career information, interviewing, selection, advice and guidance, testing and administration of applications; also liaison with external agencies (including schools, youth organisations, Job Centre +).
