JOB DESCRIPTION

Review flow diagrams, plot plans, transpositions, and miscellaneous

piping details to maintain and update material take-offs (MTO).

Perform pipe wall and stud bolt length calculations in

conformance with Design parameters.

Develop piping pressure test data and test system packages.

Make preliminary MTO and input to the computer using flow diagrams,

transpositions, miscellaneous piping details and material sketches

from piping design.

Make intermediate MTO and input to VPRM

(Vantage Project Resource Management) for purchasing.

Prepare piping bills of materials.

Supervision of the Proper Storage,preservation and Control of Piping

materials (various types) such as Valves,Bolts,Flanges, Spades,

Spacers, Pipes,Supports, Fittings, Gaskets, E & I Materials, Structural
