Manage the safe and efficient operation of the Fuel Blending and Storage facility, including the correct and safe handling of large volumes of fuels and toxic chemicals in compliance with national legislation. Formulation and blending of fuels to meet internal and external customer requirements. Development and implementation of training plans for external customers and staff. Management of the operations of the Fuel Blending and Storage Facility in compliance with safe working procedures and national legislation. Undertake the operations of the Fuel Blending and Storage Facility in the absence of other staff. Undertake quality audits in compliance with ISO 9000. Production of literature for international publication. Writing technical reports for use by major oil companies and internal customers.
