I have used my Engineering Project Management, Systems Skills and in-depth IT knowledge to improve Documented Regulatory Compliance / ISO 9000 compliance procedures, as well as develop management information systems and refine internal business processes.

For example, I designed, built and implemented a bespoke Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), in order to control the management of major equipment installations on a Nation-wide basis - New installations were controlled via a bespoke Project Management system, and existing installations were monitored forMaintenance and Statutory Inspections.

The successful introduction of this system has called for leadership from myself, as well as interpersonal skills to back up the Change Management required to see through this Continuous Improvement initiative. This system is not only used nationally by the client company, but also has been exported for use by its sister companies in Europe - one implementation of this system alone saved £30,000 in six months!
