Responsible for total project management in managing broad scope technical projects at multiple facilities at the same time throughout the United States from inception to completion. Responsibilities included project feasibility studies, submitting Capital Authorization Requests for project funding. Management of contractors. Mechanical Design Engineer April 1989 - November 1991

As a Project Manager, negotiated, developed and designed, coordinated and implemented a flexible manufacturing facility for the largest vacuum cleaner manufacturer in Denmark. This facility included a special material conveyor system, intelligent work stations for 35 people, special designed automatic tool presses, robotic transfer and testing stations.

ˇ The Assembly facility was highly honoured by the Danish Society of Manufacturing Executives for its unique flexibility and safety.

Managed, designed and implemented two fully automated cam driven, high speed assembly lines for LEGO toy figures, utilizing specially designed pick and place technology. Each line assembles 65 toy men per minute without manual labor.
