To machine and repair hydraulic cylinders new & used, these hydraulic cylinders were part of heavy-duty construction equipment such as JCB front-end loaders, mobile cranes, CAT equipment, and graders. Machine manufacture pistons, rods, glands, back ends, front ends used in the above machinery, assembling of these cylinders and pistons while testing them to various pressures. Equipment used: centre lathes, milling machines, honing machines, CNC machines, mobile hydraulic test centre. As well as maintenance on cnc machines ie: repairs to clutches,servo motors, ball screw, as well as repairs to fanuc pc boards and controls
