Working onshore where my duties were split between civils work and rope access training for level one's two's, and three's. The civil work ranged from working in the Maltings tank cleaning to bridge cable inspection. My main task throughout the last two years has been working on and off in the office whilst setting up company procedures, and achievement of ISO 9002, as well as two IRATA audits, for training, and operating company. Other duties within the office side of things included the general day to day running of, and manning jobs, pricing, and putting together quotes, also rope access equipment six monthly certification. Compilation of reports to client presentation standards. Most of my work was carried out between trips for other companies.

DUTIES: I have been working on the North Alwyn carrying out corrosion monitoring, as well as working on the annual topsides survey. During this period I have also carried out corrosion monitoring for Total at ST Fergus, and on MCP01, also working to develop and improve on the present rope access safety system for the MCP01., which I initially set up whilst working with Oceaneering. See attached Ref.
In April 1999 I spent two weeks working for EM&I on the MV Bona spring (Tanker) whilst carrying out UT thickness checks on the ballast tanks.

DUTIES: Most of my work offshore has been as project co-ordinator on Texaco Installations carrying out Corrosion Monitoring, on various pipework, and vessels also base line surveys. Carried out Andscan surveys on Erskine and Captain F.P.S.O.(Tanker) I have also been working extensively on CUI inspections using the Hydrotector.
During 1997 I carried out corrosion monitoring, and general inspection works for CAN Offshore on the Heather A, the Nelson, and construction works on the Sedco Explorer up on BP Clair Field. Further Inspection work, which varied from A.P.I.4. Drill derrick and crane inspection to under lagging corrosion erosion and general pipework inspection. Also carried out Tanker Inspection on MV Balder whilst in dry dock.
During Nov 95 and Feb 96 I worked offshore for CAN, on the Ninian central carrying out an A.P.I.4. Drill derrick inspection, and on the TLP Hutton on a flow line corrosion survey.
During July 96 and August 96 I again worked for CAN Offshore on the BP Andrew Working above the splash zone carrying out a visual, photographic and UT survey on one of the platform legs. Working in Nigg BP terminal on an ongoing under lagging corrosion survey.
Working offshore for Rigblast, one 14-day trip on the Texaco Captain WPP. Four days spent working on the drill derrick with the surveyors to check alignment after a bridge collision. The remainder of the trip was spent under deck traversing to grind prep and paint the sea fastenings.
