▪ Establishment and management of Mondex Type Approval Laboratory
▪ Conducting the role of Mondex Technical Liaison Officer ensuring all regulatory requirements were met for all projects
▪ Fault analysis of customer projects covering hardware and communication protocols both in house and onsite at customer and banking centres.
▪ Completing off-site type approval testing in Europe and Canada within tight time constraints.
Achievements:
▪ The setting up and establishment of the Type Approval laboratory, including procedures, documentation and ensuring compliance for the regulatory audits.
