ˇ Design, create and document an operating environment.
Projects to be multitasked included:
Scrubbing tower sequences.
Copies of original sequences for existing towers were taken and modified for the new one.
Sequence for controlling PH of solvent in recovery process.
Liased with head of Control Department Colin Game regarding database variables and shift Chemical Engineer to ensure safe operation for personnel and equipment. Sequence for adding caustic to solvent in tank as part of solvent recovery process. Control was proportional based on measured PH. Recirculation and transfer valves had to be opened and closed in the correct order to prevent pumping against a dead end.
Environmental Management Complex.
I did the graphics in Pagebuild and entered the instrumentation and control loops into the Console Configurator for the Complex Operator Environment.
