November 2006 to February 2007- Associate Consultant, A1 Secured Ltd. Produced and gained Network Rail Acceptance of Quality Plan, Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan and Environmental Plan for WCRM Remote Monitoring Project. Devised briefings, Authorisations of Use, PPE Requirements, Lifting Equipment & Accessory Examination Regime and Safe Methods of Work for Mechanical Engineering Workshop. Rewrote CAC and modified Link-Up to reflect material changes in the company profile to now include in addition to R&D and Design: Manufacture, Supply and Construction of significant Railway Infrastructure Monitoring Equipment. Gained CAC Acceptance. Gained Achilles Utilities Certification "UVDB Verify " (Proof Audit) in several Significant Product Groups

October 2006. Purchased Primavera P3e RPC 102 Basic and RPC 106 Advanced Courses in Primavera P3e Planning Software. Gained certification in both and purchased "Stand Alone" software to maintain competence.

May 2006 - June 2006- Associate Consultant, The QSS Group Ltd.Developed Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan and various Safety Management System Procedures for the GrantRail/Trackwork (GTJV) Alliance for Tubelines Ltd compliant with LUL QUENSH requirements.

August 2005 to Date, Property Development Planned, arranged and executed Planning Application, Topographical Survey and Flood Risk Assessment increasing the saleability and market value many times.

Oct 2003 to August 2005 Associate Consultant, MWR Associates Ltd. Successfully produced and submitted to Network Rail for Acceptance HBML Contractor Assurance Case and supporting documentation. Managed process and modified systems and CAC throughout from outset to certification

Oct 2003 June 2004 - Associate Consultant, MWR Associates Ltd. Project Managed Heathrow Express ICRSC production and consultation to include: task analysis, cost estimation, cost control, project programming. Completed HAZOP and risk workshops for TBM into T5.

Apr 2002 - Sep 2003 - Associate Consultant, MWR Associates Ltd. Railtrack/Network Rail PLC, Provided Professional cover of the National Construction Safety Manager post until vacancy filled. Key feature: National Hazard directory identified as a business problem (production/distribution costs, user friendliness and currency of data). Investigated options for solution through correspondence, interviews and workshops. Liased with Dept heads, Legal advisors, user reps, IM managers on recommended solutions. Produced project plan for implementation of new system. Selected approved designer/ manufacturer through appropriate channels. Identified and managed risks and issues throughout production and implementation. Implemented user friendly web based system and stand alone CD ROM with good feedback. Planned in MS Projects.
