ˇ To ensure that the technical aspects of design work comply with applicable legislation and all relevant standards.

I was designing SSI locations of the EVERGREEN project, Bicestrn Interlocking area.

The work includes preparation of index, location case profile, fuse & terminal analysis, low voltage power distribution, 650V power distribution, Data Link Module wiring, signal circuits, module analysis, relay contact analysis, cable termination analysis, ATP interface analysis.

The work also included preparation of case profile with the equipment that had to go in it and the repercussion to the existing ckts to accommodate the same.

I worked with M/s WRSL on a sub-contract basis till April and then as an Employee there after.

Aug '93 - Sept '01 SIEMENS LTD, INDIA

Project Engineer (design, erection, testing & commissioning)

My job responsibilities included tendering & technical evaluation of the tender bids for various Automation and Safety System Projects undertaken for Indian Railways.

I had to deal with client for various marketing functions.

Preparing complete documentation required for Designing & execution of work like Route Section Plan, Indication cum Operating panel diagram, Relay rack Plan, Selection table charts, Locking table charts, Route charts, Power supply drawings, Fuse and negative tag-block analysis, 96way tag-block analysis for Cable termination Racks, etc.

Designing and checking of relay based circuits for railway signaling systems (Route Relay Interlocking) using CAD engine (Microstation) software as a front end & ODBC interface to connect ACCESS at the backend.

I had carried out the Principles check of design and also conducted the Principles testing on most of the sites that I have worked on during my tenure.

I was controlling project execution, co-ordination with client for execution of work at site. I was involved in vendor development and outsourcing of various products and Financial and Technical negotiations with various suppliers for critical components.
