▪ Brownfield offshore platform simplification projects. Lead & co-ordinate multi-disciplined teams both during the preparation and design phases of projects through to offshore execution.

▪ Responsible for developing and arranging Project Execution Plans detailing project fundamental objectives, schedules and control; thereafter responsible for implementation of these to ensure project is delivered to time and budget.

▪ Responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental performance, developing HSE plans/controls and ensuring their implementation to ensure the safety of personnel, plant and environment.

▪ Oversee or as appropriate perform development and implement procedures and processes to effect safe and efficient production operations and the control of project and construction works.

▪ Development of controls for Cost, Schedule, Quality & Risk, monitoring and control of these with reporting to management of progress.

▪ Liaison with Vendors and contractors to ensure appropriate Operational/Technical support is provided for the execution of the project.
