In a dual role as services and maintenance supervisor I manage a moderately sized team of platform technicians and support staff and a larger numbers of ad-hoc labour. As services supervisor I am responsible for marine and aviation logistics, scaffolding, supply vessel operations, crane operations, lifting (LOLER), HLO and fabric maintenance. As maintenance supervisor I am responsible for all mechanical, electrical and instrument system maintenance and vendor support. I manage a core staff of 15 multi-skilled Technicians and further services / maintenance personnel on an ad-hoc basis. Responsible for all aspects of company and legislative compliance within my department including internal audits on Talisman procedures and external audits from DTI, SEPA, HM Customs, HSE and BHAB. Forward control and back up fire team leader / HLO within the ERT for Emergency response. I have also commenced training for the role of OIM for Beatrice Bravo & Charlie Platforms.

Responsible for marine logistics and material tracking for the drilling operation on Clyde platform. Part of a small department of five co-ordinators, all with specific locations to manage. I worked with the drilling superintendent to develop and maintain rental equipment tracking tools. We developed e-commerce data base system for invoice compliance tracking. I was logistics point of contact for Talisman onshore ERT on a rotational basis
