Duties :
Clients Technical Project Manager overseeing the conceptual Design , Development and Construction of a fully automated complex process facility, control room ,storage and Fuel System Test Facility.( Lab view and Scada controls Platform )Full Integration of all systems BMS,CCTV,IMACS,DESK TOP ,SECURITY ENTRY SWIPE,VOICE COMMS DATA,FIRE DETECTION & SUPRESSION,GAS DETECTION. Assume hands on role of Commissioning Manager, review , select, build and motivate technical commissioning team, Chair weekly Client Steering Group meetings, develop Commissioning manuals via third party authors , Review , approval and oversee SAT for control Systems and packaged equipment , implementation of technical method statements for Pre Commissioning and Full Commissioning activities leading to the introduction of Jet A1 Fuel .Implement Human Factor reviews with client for new operations environment, develop and implement training for client Managers, Engineers, Operators and Maintenance personnel, Ensure confidence and capabilities to End user for effective facility hand over.

Project: Commercial Management of Two Projects being undertaken by the FABRICOM Group on behalf of CONOCO and SHELL via Foster Wheeler Canada and Foster Wheeler UK offices.

Responsibilities:

Manage Contract obligation schedules across the Two Contracts in accordance with the business objectives. Undertake commercial risk analysis during contract execution phase.
