A senior operational management role within a medium sized manufacturing organisation. Where my man management, problem solving and operational management skills can be utilised to maximise the productivity and profitability of the business .I am a highly skilled management professional, with extensive experience gained over past 20 year’s within the food, drink and chemical manufacturing environments. I feel I have excellent communication skills that facilitate the building and motivation of effective teams. I am comfortable with responsibility, respond to challenges and highly effective in pressurized environments. These are some of my achievements:

· Assisted in search for a suitable location and subsequent design, development and commissioning of a new manufacturing plant to replace two existing plants capex value of £4.5m Plant commissioned on time and operating to its designed output
· Recruited, trained and developed a manufacturing team for a aggregates company. Undertook a training needs analysis and spearheaded the formulation and implementation of a complete training plan. Achieved successful commissioning of plant on time, within budget with no loss of business.
· Reviewed supply chain in Uk, Europe and in China leading to a
reduction in Raw material costs of £200K per anum
In addition I consider my self to be commercially astute results orientated and best practice motivated. With educational qualifications of a M.B.A from the Open University and a HNC in Chemistry and Biochemistry, plus a ROSPA certificate in Industrial Health and Safety I feel that my objective of a senior operational management role within a medium sized manufacturing organisation is well within my capabilities.
