Overhauls Planner

Based in North Tees Aromatics involved in developing worklist & job method systems,

and the introduction of P3ec to Huntsman Teesside as the main scheduling tool

Have competed 4 major plant overhauls in the role of senior planned / scheduler.

2000 -2001 BP Chemicals CATS, Seal Sands

Overhauls Planner/Scheduler

The same role and scope as below ,other than using Primavera P3 as the scheduling tool.

The main difference in that this was the first shutdown this plant had undergone therefore all the job methods and schedules were developed from scratch.

2000 - 2000 Eastman Chemicals Hartlepool

Overhauls Planner/Scheduler

Developed the worklist from plant personnel. Produced detailed job methods using excel and transferred to Microsoft Projects to produce the schedule. Liassed with the plant in contractor selection and work package distribution.

1996 - 1999 Present BP Oil Coryton

Long Term Maintenance Planner

Level 2 planning of routine and special projects including tankage and jetty work. Collation of routine maintenance budget and monthly reporting of planned and cost status. Using Primavera P3 for Unit shutdown programmes.

Mar 1993 - 1996 Mobil Oil Coryton

Planning Engineer

Planning of all capital work pre-shutdown and shutdown activities, for the 2nd QTR 1995 Lubes 1st & QTR 1996 Cracking Turnaround, using Artemis 9000 and Microsoft projects V4. Prepared work list for inclusion in the Contractor tender documents. Planning of maintenance shutdown activities on 1st QTR 1994 Fuels turnaround with the emphasis on pre-shutdown engineering and procurement work using Artemis 9000 system.

Responsible to the Site Manager for the installation and handover of all Mechanical and Piping systems on a section of the Solids Handling and Melt phase units using direct labour. Led a field team of 5 Supervisors and 50 men.
