Ten years' experience in journalism.

Have spent the past three years working full-time as a freelance sub-editor for national newspapers and magazines, trade titles and contract publishers.

Right now, I most regularly work as a freelance sub-editor on consumer and trade magazines, including regular shifts at Men's Health online. Other titles I've worked for recently are ShortList Magazine, the interior design trade titles, Blueprint and idFX, Draper's, Decanter, Health & Fitness and Top Sante. However, I am newspaper-trained and have freelanced for a lot of the nationals in the past including the Mail on Sunday, the Guardian and Independent on Sunday.

Web-wise, I have worked on guardian.co.uk, Men's Health online and was part of the launch team for the Daily Mail's new Beta site.

I also have a BSc in science communication and am studying for a graduate diploma in psychology, so am happy to take on subjects such as health, nutrition, wellbeing and social science.

Work with both InDesign and Quark plus photoshop, CMS etc
