| Attend Creative - Promotional Photography for the League of Friends at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, September 2008 Dovecotes Arts centre, August 2008 - I devised and lead digital photography workshops with young people aged 6 -10 years old; basic camera handling, storytelling through photography, I.T skills, and basic to intermediate Adobe Photoshop techniques. - Shrewsbury Arts and Museum service June 2008 – July 2008 - I was an exhibition assistant from the temporary Dorothy Cross exhibition, part of the Darwin200 celebrations. Giving short talks and guiding visitors across the exhibition as well as highlighting other relevant events and exhibitions. - I have also been volunteering within the marketing department. Staffordshire Arts and Museum Service, October 2007- April 2008 - This work placement involved work across the service. This included Audience Development, Museum Collections, Display and Costume as well as Arts Development. - The placement was varied, from taking the lead; curating a costume exhibition, writing an editorial for ‘art in england magazine’ to creating children’s interactives for the Shire hall gallery. I have attended service meetings, conducted research, created resource materials, collections management as well attending various relevant courses through RAW. The New Art Gallery Walsall, September 2006- October 2007 -I was a Visitor Assistant at the gallery, this involved, light administration work on the reception, selling publications, assisting on promotional and Photographic projects, as well as greeting and advising the public during their visit. - I provided brief talks on the various exhibitions held in the gallery. Cooper and Jackson Productions, Leicester, January 2006- Present, -I took on the unpaid role of Wardrobe mistress and Assistant photographer for an up and coming Photographic business. Green Corns, Units 27-32, Saturn centre, Spring Rd, Ettingshall, Wolverhampton, June 2005- April 2006 -I held the position of Residential support worker, while with Green Corns, I worked with children, 10 -18 years old with challenging behaviour.
