Qualified April 1983 as a Chartered Surveyor.
Worked for myself for 10 years in the West Country on my own account where I undertake residential surveys and valuations. I have also worked in London where I undertook Right to Buy valuations and provided advice to a Housing association inrespect of their private funding procedures.
I am also a qualifed Home Inspector and Domestic Energy Assessor.
I have also obtained a licence from BREEAM to undertake assessments under the Code for Sustainable Homes.

1987 Time not accounted for. I was made redundant from my job with Carless Exploration, my wife and I took a year out and travelled overland through 20 countries in Africa.
