- Project manager with complete responsibility for all aspects of installation of chiller and HVAC plant and equipment into major projects – Department Media Culture and Sport, Madame Tussaud’s, Norwich Union Data Centre, Great Ormond St Hospital, Gatwick Airport - project values between £ 350 k and £ 1.2 m.

- ensured commercial completion with each client, negotiating final project costs

- implemented Part L of Building regulations, in relation to the installation of chillers. Selecting components and plant to conform to part L, within the European Energy Directive.

– carried out own design on pipework and structures – working with and conforming to PED ( the European Pressure Directive )

– oversaw design on many projects, contributed with CAD ( AutoCad/Solidworks ) function

– liaising with BMS companies advising on control

– explained benefits of all the selected Low and Zero Carbon Technologies to clients and consultants, as appraised in the Government Strategic Guide on LZC.

Liaised with client/main contractors/Consultants/M and E Main contractors at highest level, advising on energy saving aspects of design and how they relate to modern directives.

Sold mainly into the FMCG manufacturing sector.

• Contracted as an ‘expert witness’ in disputed legal cases of refrigeration and air Conditioning for large blue chip company’s.

• Developed full and detailed business plans for investors for associated enterprises, including multiple presentations to venture capitalists / investors in London

• Conducted factory energy audits, to comply with Climate Change levy

• Advised clients on Climate Change levy assisting clients with Enhanced Capital Allowances.

• Full responsibility for the development of Point of Sale cooling equipment for Cadbury’s and Absolut Vodka. Advising marketing and promotional teams for clients. Incorporating grant application and assessment of promotional opportunities within customer framework

• Have begun to develop SARtech renewable energy cooling system ( a cooling system powered by sunlight ).

• Lead designer on several inventions and special purpose machinery development projects.

• Designed and installed equipment into British Aerospace, Rolls-Royce, Marconi, McCains Oven Chips, Danish Bacon, Burger King, Dunlop, Sun Valley Chickens, RAF various locations
