Interpersonal Skills
• I have worked communicating with people from all backgrounds, including multinational companies, customers and colleagues. Through this I have learnt to adapt my register to suit any situation
• Supervisory experience has made me able to form effective working relationships which are both friendly yet business-like with colleagues and business partners
Project Management
• Selecting small teams from office pool to conduct smaller, more technical projects running alongside major campaigns
• Executing projects involving collation of data, researching, developing reciprocal agreements and creating reports
Research and Analysis
• I enjoy working with information from various sources and can assimilate, analyse and communicate data in a number of formats
• I can create spreadsheets and written reports which compile information and then present information in a summary or in an expository format
Team Work
• I have had to work in a large cross functional team to ensure successful projects and am used to adapting to different team dynamics
• I am equally happy working in a team or on my own. I have worked individually in research and have selected, trained and project managed my own teams for particular campaigns
Negotiation Skills
• I have experience in communicating with unhappy ‘man on the street’ clients and service users to fund managers and directors of multinational corporations with whom agreements must be made that are suitable to all parties
• I also have experience of non-negotiation, i.e. taking command of situations that require a particular, specific outcome
