1. AIRCOM International, Leatherhead UK (September 2006 - till date)
Product Engineer
Datasafe is AIRCOM International leading Multi Vendor, Multi Technology Configuration Management tool which has been successfully deployed in several big telecom operators including (Swisscom, MTN, Optimus, H3G Austria & China Mobile). My main role is the deployment of Configuration Management tool DATASAFE and providing on-site support during the initial operational phase. The deployment consists of complete configuration of their UMTS/GSM network. This includes parameter configuration, setting up all nodes, cells, neighbour relations, handling discrepancies and generating the right MML/XML/CNA out puts. Setting up Oracle dbase with south bound, north bound loading/parsing. Hardware recommendation and configuration is also one of the key responsibilities of my role. I am doing sanity testing and check the functionalities of datasafe product & its documentation. I have the responsibility of the smooth running of the project and making sure the project mile stones are achieved in time. This is all achieved in close collaboration with the project management team of both Aircom, our partners and the customer.
Other responsibilities are keeping track of upgrades and changes to vendor software, conduct research into different vendor approaches to configuration. Training new members of team on Datasafe product. Preparing demo database and demonstration the tool to both internal and external customers.
One of my major achievement is the successfully deployment of Datasafe to Ufone Pakistan. Presently I am involved in the upgrade of Datasafe version 6.0 to Optimus in Portugal.
2. Genesis Consultancy Ltd. Huntingdon UK (March 2006 - August 2006)
Genesis Support Engineer
I have worked in Genesis Consultancy Network Integration and Operational Support Centre. Providing support solutions to a host of customers globally. The work involved proactive and preventative maintenance, configuration and integration management, improved implementation and delivery times.

3. Orange PCS, Solihull (December 2003 - February 2006)
Access Network Optimisation Engineer
My responsibilities were to analyse the access network performance using daily report/tools, investigate problem areas and implement solutions to improve overall performance of the Orange Network.
ˇ Analyse the access network performance using daily reports/tools and utilise Orange databases to identify performance issues on the BSS Network.
ˇ Investigate problem areas and identify the possible causes of the performance issues.
ˇ Conduct regular audits on key network sites to ensure they are performing correctly.
ˇ Implement audits following network software upgrades to maintain optimal performance.
ˇ Analyse coverage and call data, reporting on findings and recommending solutions for network performance improvements.
ˇ Conduct investigations into coverage or call problems identified by Customer complaints, management reports or technical support. Report on findings/solutions.

Major Achievement
- I have always been on the front foot to quickly restore as many sites as possible after bad weather or due to other emergencies/events.
- Worked hard on to achieve Orange PCS goals especially 'London Push'.
- Working as part of a team I played a major role in development of Environment & Delivery booking system.
- Assisted in updating Environment and Delivery booking policy.
- I have carried out Environment and Delivery equipment audit and recovered most of the equipment which was overdue.
4. The London Cosmetic Laser Centre (Oct 2002 - Oct 2003)

Major Achievements
