As a small but very busy company with only 5 staff members working as a team to build the company over three years to double the customer base and increase the staff to 12, with each member of staff being able to interchange with one another taking on duties as varied as deliveries, sales and stock control.

ˇ Challenger MBT - service, recovery and repair of running gear and main assemblies.
ˇ CVR (T) - Inspection, service, recovery and repair of every aspect of this tracked vehicle including the ability to strip and rebuild TN15 epicyclic gearbox. Also a member of the dieselisation team tasked with converting the J60 petrol driven vehicle to the Cummins diesel.

As a junior NCO (non commissioned officer) within the R.E.M.E my role was varied and demanding ranging from maintenance within a large industrial type workshop to recovery of vehicles from mine fields in the former Yugoslavia. Also as an NCO I would be responsible for a team of men to undertake the above tasks.
