I am an experienced Electrical Design Engineer, Works Electrical Engineer and Project Engineer with significant commissioning experience in both the UK and abroad.

I have worked both on my own, and as part of a multidiscipline team, on both small and large projects in Iron & Steel, Nuclear, Water Treatment, Manufacturing and Petrochemicals industries. Designing of Electrical, Instrument and Control equipment, procuring and requisitioning both individual items and packages, preparing technical tendering packages, writing technical specifications and calculations, producing electrical drawings, producing method statements and risk assessments, supervising sub-contracts, managing maintenance staff and co-ordinating resources.

Performing an Engineering Study as the Electrical Lead Engineer of a multi discipline team on site in Western India to evaluate the condition of the facility with a view to Whessoe being awarded the contract to complete the Terminal after the original project was stopped when Enron were declared bankrupt. Quantify from the minimal engineering documentation available the amount of work still outstanding and put forward a Man-hour and Materials Estimate to allow the Company to put forward a Costed proposal to the Client/Indian Government.
