Seller 282753 London
I am currently working in the leisure industry as I have done for the last 12 years, with the last 6 of those years in management roles, but feel that it may be time to move on, as over the last few years the Maintenance Department that I have sculptured could now quite easily run without me at the helm. It is now at the stage where everything is in place and will virtually run itself, but can sometimes in the case of the more serious breakdowns need that input from myself to get a program worked out with parts etc. organised as swiftly as possible. Being an in house Maintenance Department I have managed to bring in some excellent staff and developed them to actively want to keep the plant running with good encouragement and the right training for them, but it must also be stated that the right staff can be hard to find and nurture.

Maintenance Manager for Aquaterra Leisure Ltd.

In the last year I have also planned, organised and moved our workshop and stores to a new location in Canning Town which is proving to be a big success with all involved in the maintenance operation. At this present time I am working on the introduction of a new maintenance management database to assist on a greater scale with all of our maintenance objectives.
