Responsible for the monitoring and analysing of Montgomery Watson Harza (Engineering Service Provider) data to the value of £425m. Liaising and assisting Asset Creation & Asset Delivery Project Managers in relation to the monthly update including : Accruals, Profiling of future spends, Milestone Monitoring, Output monitoring, Baseline changes, monitoring and reporting on actual performance against forecasts after cut off. Attend the Monthly Cappex Review meeting with Programme Manager and report on variances to the programme. Maintain effective interfaces between Asset Creation, Asset Delivery and Montgomery Watson Harza (ESP). Coaching of Project Managers in relation to SAP and Investment Management System. Provide monthly variance reports to Project Management and Programme Management to ensure that the programme is delivering.

Responsible for the monitoring of costs and P&E on the SDP Project to the value of £401m, including the monitoring of discipline costs and jobhours on a monthly basis. Producing monthly Anticipated Final Costs (AFCs) for the project, including expenditure analysis. Providing cost reports to Senior Project Managers on a monthly basis. Monitoring Earned Value and KPIs on the project on a monthly basis. Allocation of funds to purchase requisitions, checking whether provision is available. Update of monthly commitment sheets for each Supplier.
Monitoring of purchase packages in relation to contract value, estimated contract value and commitment. Updating of Supply Management database. Expenditure profile for P+E. Actual vs. expenditure analysis.
Introduced to BNFL (and managed) a Project Variation procedure (Trend) to enable the Company to monitor and control change effectively. Monitoring of Company milestones on a monthly basis.

Monitoring all hours and costs charged to projects including construction contracts. Produced cashflows, maintained project files. Maintained successful monthly Cost Meeting with Client. Monitoring of CPI & SPI and Earned value.

Princes Trust Volunteers May 96 - August 96. This involved 12 weeks of intense exercise whilst working within the Community as a Prince's Trust Volunteer.
From my experiences as a Volunteer I became a Volunteer Group Leader for Prince's Trust ACTION, which involved me taking ten 18-25 year olds to Ayr, Scotland for a personal development course for one week.
